SIGH... 100g. OK. :P I've been "needing" chocolate and sweets. Stress, plus all the goodies I've eaten when my mom was here is having a rippling effect. I've gone over the RDI brutally a few times already, just with JUNK. Also a couple snacks-- ugh. I'm expecting that to be over soon, though, and my body will go back to normal on its own. Worked out lazily the other day, I was depressed tbh. Hopefully it'll be different today.
