You can blend Super Greens +very small piece of pineapple & carrots for sweet.. with 8 oz of water . Lots of Mirco's . drink once a day or more if needed.

🤮 The only one time I made a "Super Green Juice, it went straight to the garbage bin. I like juices and shakes, but I don't agree with green juices, it's 100 % better to eat the veggies raw or in soup .

Chris - I'm trying to be good and actually lose real weight this week. Danocci - I've tried the greens once, but didn't use any more because it tasted like dirt in my protein shake. I was low carb then so didn't get to try any fruit concoction. Sunshine - I was going to use miracle whip like usual but trying to keep sodium low today and and Chris knows, avocado & tuna is delicious!

The main reason I drink Super Greens everyday. The high protein and fat diet is very acidic meaning my stomach was hurting most of the time also I was drinking espressos 2 a day for energy my blood test showed I am acid and need more alkaline in my system. and I got tired of taking 150mg of Zantac morning and night.Now no more stomach hurts. Super Green's blended in my blender everyday balance my PH-7. Good luck everybody. Dannoci. Lost 16 lbs since October

I gain weight if I even look at carbs. I think of them as glue that makes the fat sticky!

Me to. I use no more than 25 to 30 grs. per day.And I did lose 16 lbs since October on high fat and protein. I drink my Micro's
