I don't want to work today! Family coming in tonight, I'm so happy about that. I love having house guests. Staying on track, hoping this promised weight loss hits soon! I read that starting LCHF after being on very low calorie could take a couple of weeks. Timing is good since I'm going to San Diego this weekend.
