It’s been almost a year since my alarming low weight from digestive health issues. I’m back up to my normal weight and working out! My face is fuller, my calves and legs no longer look like toothpicks, my ribs are no longer jutting out. I look like me again. Am eating a clean, mostly veggie diet. The other day I made a snowshoe track around the perimeter of my property and have been having fun doing loops. This app helped me a lot to track calories and macros. I’m now off the high calorie load and doing a maintenance number.
