After losing 30 pounds using Noom last fall, and keeping it off until now, I'm trying to figure out how to keep going. I have a severe lack of motivation, and I still need to lose another 40 lbs, I am not renewing my Noom subscription, and decided to come back to FatSecret's free food log and my iPhone step counter. Noom was great, and I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with dieting, but once you get through the 16 week program, there is nothing new. It was time to move on.
I'm still tracking calories, at least in the early part of the day, and walking and being active throughout the day has become a wonderful habit. It's the evenings where things fall apart. I'm feeling renewed today.
