I am getting so frustrated......ive lost 25lbs (which i am very happy about) but ive been stuck here for about 2 weeks. I havent cheated, ive done very well and i do zumba every single day...i still have 65lbs to lose and i dont know what else to do!

Are you taking your measurements? You can lose fat/inches but not see the scale move. I had a friend who went down 4 sizes and the scale different move for a few months. Strange but true. Switch things up. Maybe try a different activity besides zumba a couple times a week. Your muscles get used to the same thing all the time. Switch up your foods. Up your protein and high fiber foods. make sure your getting enough water. Watch your sodium intake. Play around with the calories. Google ways to get the scale moving again. No matter what, don't quit. Just push through it and the scale will move again.

Suzi161 is right - experiment with different foods, different percentages of macronutrients, different exercise - anything to shake up the system often helps! Our bodies adapt to doing the same things over and over so change is good!
