Today, I got back down to 183! (Can you hear the "Hallelujah Chorus" playing with full orchestration in the background?) I got there for ONE DAY on 2/4 (almost a month ago), but then had my tooth pulled (and days of pain thereafter), several days of severe neck and shoulder tightness, over a week of severe depression, blah, blah, blah. Bottom line – after I hit the 183, I went back up and zigzagged between 184-186 for WAY too long! Now, I’m back on track and slimming down for the pool! On my way to church now, with LEGGING and boots on! Even wearing some mascara today! LOVE being back on track!
