I hate it! I spent 5 months to reduce my weight from 100 to 92 KG and looks good, clothes are fits, now i lost it all in 2 months and turned 101.5 !! Whyyyyyyyy am that lazy person

I think it's ok.. I read once that every time we try to Do something we move a little bit closer to it even if we fail.. Do not give up on yourself.. One day i'm we going to make it😃

Simply because the diet was inappropriate and probably wrong. You should calculate your calories with a carbohydrate control that do not exceed 100 g every day. Intermittent fasting is the solution to all weight loss problems. Try it and you will not regret it. Good luck🍀

فتره الشتا ء كانت فتره صعبه على الجميع انا كمان وزنى زاد فى 4شهور حوالى 13كيلو مع انى عامله تثبيت الله المستعان قررت حاليا انى امشى نظام شبه اللقيمات اقلل الكميات ومحسسش الجسم انى عامله دايت يعنى اكل اكل عادى من البيت مع تقليل الكميات واسيب بين كل وجبه والتانيه حوالى 3ل4ساعات

u need to practice every day and don't eat any street food also fast food those types of food are desaster ,lots of carb with no benefits. stay positive 💪💪
