Bad night of cramping in my lower legs. Couldn't shake or alleviate the cramps. Tried to eat take vitamins, drink, poweraide, nothing worked.

GOt up at 5am and did 50 minutes on elliptical (almost killed me) and am feeling better but still bloated from the overnight food and drink i consumed that my body is not used to.

anyone have ideas as to why im cramping some nights i can't figure it out. i seem to be hydrated and take multi-vitamins on a daily basis.

June 18 midnight feed neted 3000 plus 1600 for the day total = 4600
given 3000 with neted 4200 from previous leaves me 72-46= 2600 carry over
Will carryover 2000 plus todays net deficit at 1000 totals 3000
