Ok, so I'm 55.5Kg, and because of the b-day party I went to 56.7Kg yesterday, and today 55.9Kg.

So the almost 1Kg gain was bs, and I knew it was just bloating and extreme salt and sugar overload. The last 2 days I've been eating right. The first day after the b-day I just couldn't eat ANY sugar (I was about to puke at the thought), but yesterday I ate left over cake and alfajores.

Today I'm at the office so I'm keeping it together during the day as well.

Worked out 2 days in a row too. Running longer and faster.

I'm not logging the sudden gain cos I never log gains. :D
