I'm trying a new approach. Even with extremely low calories, I'm not dropping much. Thanks to a FS member, I've been researching Low Carb High Fat (LCHF). There is a lot of science behind it, and I was sure not hungry yesterday. I've known for a long time that "a calorie is not a calorie," and that eating whatever I want as long as there is a deficit does not work. Calories in-Calories out is the biggest crock I ever seen masses of people believe. If it were true, I would be skinny by now, not languishing at the same weight for 3 weeks eating less than 1000 calories a day and walking up hills everyday for an hour.
It's a risk, this might not work and I might gain weight, but I'm willing to chance it. Hello butter, cheese, cream, and eggs! Goodbye grains, potatoes, rice and fruit (mostly)!
