Just dropped my wife off at the airport. So, I'm back to bachelor life with the chihuahua for another month or 6 weeks. I've been using my week with her as a re-feed and recharge period. Less exercise, more meals and calories, but still little to no carbs. I'm anxious to see what the scale says when I weigh in at the gym tomorrow morning. It'll be back to OMAD and exercise tomorrow. Still crazy at the office these days. I thought we'd have slowed down by now, but this tax season has been odd. The rush started earlier and is running later.
