So have finally dropped a bit of weight. BUT having done that I a not stressing about what the scale says too much. Yes I want to lose another 2 - 4kg's but am exercising more than usual and am building muscle and through pole dancing am developing the most awesome shoulder muscles. People are telling me that I've lost weight and although the scale doesn't show it and I haven't work jeans yet I would prefer if the scale picked it up too
