So this week my hubby has been away and I have been eating healthy and exercising more than usual and I have not lost weight on the scale. However a friend of mine made me a pair of pants and they were way too big so today she saw me for the first time in over a month and told me I've lost lots of weight. But today we had a pole day with all my friends from town and afterwards pigged out on snacks,champagne, chocolate cake . Healthy way of eating totally out of the window :( Damn
