I found out something valuable this weekend. Alcoholic beverages have a lot of calories. I bought a bottle of Bailey's irish cream and had a couple of drinks this weekend. When I went to count them on my calorie count I was very surprised how many calories I had drank down. I rarely drink alcohol, but felt like it for once in a year. Well, now I wish I didn't since there were more calories than I thought there would be. Well, we live and learn, don't we? I caught up on a lot of laundry and housework this weekend and didn't get to the gym. There is an aqua aerobics class in the evening after work tomorrow and I think I'm going to try and make that class. Classes that I can make are on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Sat so those are the ones I will try to make on a weekly basis. For now, I'm taking the other days off. Once the back feels better, then I'll re-evaluate things and step up the exercise routine.
