Got back to the pool yesterday for some much needed exercise. Exercising in the pool is soooo much easier on my arthritis!
Monday 4/14 30 min water walking
30 swimming
30 water aerobics

Getting up and moving REALLY does make you feel better, you just have to get thru those first couple of days when the body wants to resists. After that its addictive!
