Today I make very delicious pear-almond-tangerine jam... Cinnamon-orange aroma with touch of almond... what could be better if it’s raining outside?🌧

For about 250g of jam you will need: 250r pear Half of big tangerine or small orange with peel (or whole, it depends how strong orange aroma would you like) Almond extract (I used couple drops, you can use more or less) 1/4 tsp cinnamon (or less.. or more🙃) 3 sachets stevia or other sweetener Lemon juice Also you can use a pinch of nutmeg 1/4 tsp arrow root (it make our jam more stable, but if you don’t have it — make it without, the taste will not suffer☺️) All proportions are rough, be guided by your taste😉 What to do: Cut pear on medium cubes, don’t afraid to cut it too big, after cooking cubes become smaller. Add juice from tangerine or orange, add peel, lemon juice, almond extract, sweetener and spices. Mix everything. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and watch the consistency. Jam shouldn’t be too thick, it becomes a bit thicker when cool down, but it shouldn’t be too runny, it still jam😉 Take tangerine peels out, put cool jam in a beautiful glass jar, store in fridge and enjoy with your low carb pancakes, crepes or just with tea😋 For 1 oz: 20kcal, 0g fat, 0g protein, 5g of carbs and 4 net carbs.

Oh my! This jam sounds delicious. I love almond flavoring in my deserts etc. I will try making this. Thanks for sharing the picture and recipie.🌺
