I don't have to post this tonight, and let the week take care of itself considering I don't have to weigh in until next Sat But I let all heck break loose today and allowed myself BUTTERED MOVIE POPCORN, AND JUST TO KEEP IN STEP, I ADDED ONE ENTIRE COOLWHIP CONTAINER (SMALL ONE) TO MY 6 OZ LOW CARB yogurt TONIGHT!

But I write this so as I don't forget I did it and its right there on my diet calander too-I must say I enjoyed both treats, but realize that the pre fat-secret me did this very often and now that I have done it today-it's OVER!?!

I sincerely hope to find the power of strength & will this week to stay @150 # or less for the coming week! Maybe it won't be so tough because I got these cravings (mental) out of the way, and it's back to phase 1, which helped me lose 1 1/2 pound last week. Sometimes I sound sqitzoid - one day pledging to go "straight" and the next telling of my engaging in piggy eating!!!!!!!!! uck....I enjoyed it while I ate it, but then comes the disappointment in myself for not being consistently "good". I'm sounding off from sounding off............

Its good to have a sound off occasionally though. And Im a firm believer in being allowed to eat anything, as long as its in moderation. Hopefully, you are right and you're cravings are out of the way. Best of luck with being strong this week. x

Ditto, ditto, ditto, Susie1941! I just wanted to say I hear you, I feel you, and this past week I've been you!! I started "over" for the I don't know how many time yesterday, and have had two successful days. I'm telling myself to let last week go...and keep focused on the future--which for me is out of the 170's. Good luck this week--we can do it!

It's ok Susie. Get back on track tomorrow. The pre-FS me did the same thing. Once I had a bad day it was all over because the next day was bad and the day after that and the day after that. But now if I have a bad day, my FS buddies help me to overcome it. It's just one day! Tomorrow's a new day and you CAN get back on track and move on! Hang in there!
