Copying HCB's idea of stopping for a minute to look at my big picture...
55 pounds in 31 weeks so that is just under 2 pounds a week, although by no means was it a regular linear 2 pounds a week. Some weeks were 5 pounds, one week was 12! Some weeks were none, some I even gained. I am happy with this. I had hoped to be at my goal by now, but there is something about going a little slower and and little longer that has forced me to change my thinking about food and eating.

Watching Weight of the Nation on HBO tonight...if that is not enough to scare you into sticking with your WOE, nothing is!
