It is time that I get back on track again, after 4 days of binge eating I am not surprised with the gain.
I am back at CrossFit my 4 classes for the week has been booked and on Saturday I am trying out some yoga.
I want to push to be 90kg by the end of the month (eeekkkk) but it is doable if I am strick with myself.
