Today I weighed in twice first 176.5 on my old scale, next I weighed in on Omron HBF-510 weight on Omron is 180lbs Body Fat 23.2%. Based on the US Navy calculations if my weight was 180 I'd be 23.3%. So I am going to trust the Omron as the most accurate.
Even though its just a number it still sucks to go up on my weight.
