Just got off my 3 day diet. I feel good about food now. i've learned that we must not live to eat but eat to live! we dont need a lot of food to maintain and not be hungry. The only down fall is that i didnt get to excercise while dieting if i could have done both i know the results would have been much better. But i will start again Monday and hopefully get some excercise in there.
