For the last 6 months I’ve had a job that keeps me very physically active. It also involves driving a lot which in turn has made my diet a horrible one consisting of fast food mult times a week. But because I’m active I haven’t gained weight, but in fact have lost or maintained between 145-149 which is in the lowest range I’ve been in for years. So for a bout a week I’ve eaten no more late night meals, no fast food, added salad back in as a meal, or just eaten simple home cooked food. Today I’ve weighed myself so many times because I cannot believe I just dropped to 143.2 lbs! I just keep standing on it and haven’t even eaten yet bc that number is strangely staring back at me. Wow. Same scale, same time. Just wow.
