Been water fasting since 1st of the year...My new year resolution. Plan to go 20 days. I have made up my mind to stop and get serious with this Keto life style. I feel better now than last year. Fasting is really the way to go. Remember if you say you can't fast you are right, you can't...and if you say you can and will do it you are still right, which is your first step to success. Can do it, the only option. Blood pressure coming back, sugar dietetics coming back, and weight is coming back...at 74 yr old it is time to go for another 10 years. The brain is a wonderful thing...I thank the Lord for mind every day to be able to have the will to handle life's problems. Some times we need to call upon our supreme being for help. Of course that's what is says to do. And you shall receive. We have to believe in something other wise what good is life.
