Went off my vegan diet partially, started lifting weights and consuming more seafood protein also splurged for new year, cake, cookies still no meat though weighed in at 155.6 yesterday, 10 pounds of planned muscle gained, my current weight is 10 more than my lowest of 145, planning to put on more muscle for the new year and maintain my muscle and lower my body fat my weight goal has changed 150-160. Felt that 145 was too thin for my body frame medium and 6'0" height. I'm ok with 150-155 but don't want to gain anymore will start a new diet if my weight goes above 160 right now I'm not concerned because I intentionally went off my vegan diet temporarily, sweets, oily fried foods, but will resume a stricter diet in the new year.
