Starting day 4 of keto today and woke up with a terrible cold...Could feel the scratchy throat coming on last night. Good thing is if I have any keto flu symptoms I won’t notice. I feel like crap already! LOL Gonna have to force myself to eat and drink today, NOTHING sounds good. And, I am supposed to get on a plane tomorrow. UHG! Time to get out of bed and start my day with some hot tea and Sudafed. Happy Sunday friends!

Have some salty broth or bouillon - Keto flu is from lack of electrolytes. When eating low carb, the body sheds salt, causes headaches, dizziness, constipation.

I'm sorry feel better! make sure you still get your potassium/magnesium/sodium balance, especially when sick. keto flu is from not having electrolytes so they might help you get over this cold too. chicken broth is good when sick too. keto on!
