Weigh in the mornings folks! take all your clothes off. You burn calories and water and they are excreted through breath during the night!
Lost 2 LB, probably 1 lb water 1 lb fat that was due today.
I cut about 3500 calories in the last 2 days so that would make sense.
This morning I had an egg, and a slice of bacon, with 5 almonds. Simple, and less than 200 calories.
I drank 16.9fl oz of water with it.
Since than I've drank about 50 ounces of water
My meal plan for today has already been scheduled.
For lunch I'll be drinking an atkins shake.
For dinner I'll probably eat a hamsteak and eggs and have some more almonds.
We're looking at around 700 calories for the day. and 100oz of water at minimum to move the fat out.
I'll be working out today for an hour to trim my intake down to about 300-400 calories.
Recommended intake for me is 2900cal to maintain weight
2900-300-400 will be a 2500 calorie deficit. Might bust another true fat pound tomorrow!
