Ah..... xmas...... dontcha just luvvit.
Something activated my heat generators, Guessing it was the mega amounts of sugar I had. Was hot like a living radiator all night, sleeping nekkid on the top of the bedcovers with the window open I was still hot!! I guess that is damage limitation... well done to my body. I suppose having a hard core workout before I went off to the neighbour's for 'drinks and nibbles'hand helped ram things up too. Will keep an eye on the idiot box numbers but not panic. No change so far which is brill.

But the sugar demon, the Carb Monster, is now in action. Sneaking his foot in the door when I let my hair down. Before I knew it I felt driven to eat a satsuma. Barely touched the sides. And I don't have a sweet tooth! Fascinating. But a few minutes riding Michael and I feel back in charge. Yay. We will see.
