1 week and down 7 pounds! Okay...I know it's water but who cares!! The scale moved a substantal amount!! Woo hoo!!!

7 lbs in a week at your already low weight...that is awesome!! How often do you weigh in...I tend to be a scaloholic (my made up word) and am daily steping on the depressing thing. I did lose 1 lb in 5 days...it is a start!!

I'm a scaloholic too!! WW teaches to only weigh once a week so I am going to try to do that instead. I'm an emotional eater so if the scale isn't moving...I want to eat!!! Not good on a diet!!:)

I am emothial eater as well...mostly when I am bored though! I tend to bring an apple or baby carrots to work so when I do get bored I can eat that! I am also a muncher, if there are munchies around....I will munch!!!! Why is it so darn easy to gain weight and a pain to loss it!!!!!

iM trying not to be a scaloholic, got rid of mine, but Im half way to my weigh in and Ill be passing the scales I weigh myself in, when I go to town later, so that will be a test to pass it, Congrats I agree with mandielee that is a excellent weight loss for some1 with your weight, as weight seems to hold on and be the hardest to lose at your stage, You must have been super focus, You are Brill,
