So all ive done is halved my portions and i dont eat supper. (IF)(Sort of)
and I think ive done so well.....I also dont eat crap anymore....(i suppose that helps too) But Im not starving....Im not craving anything.....if i want chocolate I have chocolate....I just dont gluttonise....all in moderation. and in appr a year I have lost nearly 18kgs.....Yay me! Through sickness, opperations, etc....I made it. I still have more to go....and there have been ups and downs and serious depression but Im getting there.....just keep your faith!
