It’s been awhile… September was crazy!! We got back from Vegas on Saturday and received our Engagement photos yesterday. Ugh… I didn’t think we were THAT big. It’s depressing. I don’t feel like a Giant Pear lol. I lost about 5 pounds in Vegas probably from all the walking we did. I was worried about all the walking and the first night my calves cramped up. I thought, Great! This is how it’s going to be! Luckily we had a hot tub and that seemed to help. I didn’t get the leg cramps again, thank god! The more I walked, the more I felt better. My feet hurt but I blamed the choice of shoes lol. I wore heels and flats but tennis shoes for disc golf. I love my tennis shoes!
I’m going to have to fit walking or disc golf into my schedule here at home. I’m so goofy lol I found a sport I want to get into just before Autumn/Winter lol. I don’t think the Indiana weather will let me play for long…looks like we’re going to be heading towards 40s by the end of the week. Oh how I miss the 90s in Vegas lol. 70s would be sweet too! Oh well, It’s back to the diet, back to doing this the right way and becoming HEALTHY!
