Feeling better today and heading back to work. My lunch and snacks are packed so I should be all set. I haven't weighed myself yet since I know anything lost by this point will really be mostly water weight and I'm truly more interested in how my clothes fit. I'm going to shoot for a weekly weigh-in at this point.

Yep, starting again. I've done Atkin's in the past so have a good idea of my carb level but am still not sure about sugar alcohols and sugar substitutes.
