Feeling good about life today.
Tracked my food on ww.com and on here the last couple of days, and it's amazing to me how different amounts of calories can add up to different points values.
Yesterday I stayed at 26 daily WW points, which is my daily allowance, and it was around 1350 calories. Today I tracked for the same and it's over 1500. I guess that's less than 200 calories, but that would add up over time.
Yesterday I ate more fat, so I'm sure that's what did it! :-)
Tracking on ww.com and on here is something that I won't do forever, because it's pretty time-consuming.
But I think it's good for now, to know what's going on.
I will still have a "no counting" policy on at least one weekend day each week, just because I hate counting.
