Been researching skin and fasting. I read a post from moonpie and it got me thinking! Anyone else have any good thoughts on it ?

Did you come across Jason Fung's theory that the body will deal with unnecessary proteins before essential proteins. Not sure if that is proven but that is his claim. But to Fung fasting solves everything LOL

No. I have not come across anyone really claiming that fasting helped with their loose skin. It may be out there. I just have not seen it.
