I don't weigh in until the weekend and I made the mistake of getting on the scale when I woke up. It looks like I am up about a pound!
I know that last Saturday night my friend and I went out for dinner and it was a pretty 'rich' meal.
Maybe its the bread this week and the fact I'm not exercising. God I hate to exercise but I'm sure that'll be the trick.
So far I've been able to more or less fool myself into thinking I'm doing ok without the exercise but I'm starting to realise that it may be the missing link.
I will have to just get over myself and get on the damn eliptical!
Bloody Hell!! dreading it but like I said I have to GET OVER MYSELF!!
