Just silently laughing at my own mind today... I did good, kept to my calories, ate healthy meals and even got back on the stationary bike (only 7km, boy am I unfit) And this morning I'm standing on the scale wondering why I haven't lost 5kg in one day hahaha. Wouldn't it just be great if one good day resulted in that? One can dream I guess.
