Well ladies and gentlemen! There is nothing more important than having control over yourself! To know im not thinking about cigarettes, or determining my breaks by my fein level..lol. It'ss amazing,i find myself forgetting to take breaks actually! Also those 3lbs i gained over Thanksgiving break ..smashed those off the scale already!! Feeling pretty empowered to show people i can do this.. Got a turkey vegtable soup concoction in the slow cooker. Gunna add cream in at the end! i hope for success for all.small steps lead to big accomplishments! 💜
