Not surprised by wt gain, as I have been fluctuating 2 lbs for weeks. This is just the high point of the fluctuation. HOWEVER, am ready to buckle down and move to the next short term goal... 165 lbs! Doesn’t help that I blew out my knee. Again. 😳
