I'm 5'4", current weight is 180 lbs :(

I used to weigh 91kg 2 years ago till i decided to shred off the unwanted pounds. In March of 2011, i was down to 63kg until my then-bf dumped me and I resorted to emotional eating. I stopped going to the gym and started eating all sorts of crappy food. Today, I am weighing 82 kg which really alarmed me bcoz I dont wanna be that fat girl again with a sagging self-esteem. I wanna put an end to this unhealthy lifestyle that I am living. Fastfood, unused gym membership, inactive lifestyle, couch potato-ing...am sick and tired of it all. I wanna ditch all the negative energy that's stopping me from being active and fit!
