Okay somebody stop me from going to these buffets!! Last week was the breakfast...this week was Chinese.

Time to EXERCISE! I have been having a stressful time at work and have a 4 day weekend. Going to spend it working out hardcore to make up for Memorial Day picnics and Chinese Buffets!

Total lost 9.2...hope it sticks!

STAY AWAY FROM THE BUFFETS!!!! :-) You can go to them, you just need to know when to stop. Plus, picking certain foods that are not bad. Chinese buffets I think could be the worse. Just the thought of Chinese makes me want to gag. So fattening and the sodium.. yuck! Just get enough to satisfy you but not enough to make you feel terrible and then regret it afterwards. Congrats on your loss! You're doing great!! :-)

Im fairly new to this and chinese buffets are my favorite. I am hoping the desire will leave me soon, until then I just have to stay home to eat. Maybe one day I will think chinese and yuck.
