don’t know whats going on i weigh everyday when i’m doing the 28day challenge first week i dropped 2kg this week i only dropped 0.6kg and now nothing will happen am i doing something wrong??

Don't weigh every day! I find when I follow the eating plan I lose a lot the first week, a little the second week, nothing the 3rd week and a lot again the last week. Just keep drinking enough water and keep on keeping on and don't cheat!

That looks like a lot of yogurt? Only 175ml and top your bowl up with your fruit.

Also Remember your body gets used to the way things work.......I understand you on a set 28 day challenge but changing up the meal or going for a swim instead of the usual run lets your body keep guessing and working at its best.

When going on a diet which is as calorie restricted like the 28 day diet you loose plenty of weight initially but it is mostly water and protein (muscle) and not fat that you are losing .. the second week is only when you will lose some fat mass.

ye.. most diets .. when you lose weight.. it's either water or muscle. the first 2 weeks. While your body adapts. If your body starts using the fat it will drop slowly. maybe 1-2 kg a month.
