Today was a wonderful day. The positive attitude made a difference and the Lord helped me a little also by giving me a super busy day today. I hardly thought about food and got a lot accomplished at work. Maybe the positive attitude helped me with that also. I have also learned that if I keep myself busy in the evening with laundry, housework or something else that I do not feel like snacking as much. Such a wonderful wealth of information that I'm finding out about changing old habits.
