ughhh...I just ate way too much at dinner...not too bad calorie wise, but I really didn't need all of that food, and I didn't follow any of the Golden Rules...I stopped eating when my plate was empty, and now, a few minutes later, I feel stuffed.

Spaghetti is a tough one to resist! I still find myself going on auto-pilot once in a while with my eating. I just zone out and all of a sudden I come back to my senses and chide myself for losing touch. The Golden Rules are not easy to follow! It will take time to relearn a new way of dealing with food but I think we will be the better for it in the end. Stick with it. Your calories are still well within range so there's really no great damage done. It will get easier with time.

you had just one cup of spagetti--that's perfectly allowable on all plans (except Atkins, of course!). You may be feeling full from the soup--that's no points, so not to worry. And you stopped at just one bread stick--that was good portion-control. Your lunch looked good too..don't feel guilty--you're doing great! Plus, all that working out you did/do is gonna help reduce the damage, if any.
