Hi everyone! I love reading all your stories, you are all so supportive and great. I need some advice please... I'm new to intermittent fasting. I have a bit of a history with eating problems which causes me a lot of stress when it comes to food. Sometimes I have no appetite and sometimes I overeat. I've only had 500 calories today but I feel like I've eaten A LOT. I feel completely full and my fasting starts in about an hour. I think this amount of calories might be too low but like I've said, I feel extremely full. Is this normal? Is this healthy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!😊
