Starting with IF today. My eating window will be from 12pm to 7pm. In the morning when I wake up, I take lipoX fat burner and herbex fat burner. Then I drink a solution of BCAA's during the day. For lunch I'll have tuna and cucumber and maybe an egg... I'm still thinking about it. For dinner I'll have chicken soup
