Why does EVERYTHING contain carbs!!! I thought Avo was the good guy in LCHF...🤦♀️ Man, I need help finding viable recipes....

Avo is. The only way to avoid carbs would be to eat only meat. All plant based products have carbs.

With veggies you only count net carbs, that is total carbs - fibre.
|
If it has ingredients - avoid it. Anything else that IS an ingredient, is safe. Steer clear of sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc when doing LCHF.
