Has the time change messed up anyone else? Sleep? Eating time? I'm usually hungry all the time anyway 😆 but time change seems to be making it worse!

Before I retired time changes always messed me up but since I'm now retired I do don't pay much attention to what the clock says, unless I have an appointment scheduled. 🕒

I have been eating all day! already over my calories for the day and it is still early afternoon!
