Well...I put on more heat this last week and this week and it is paying off. I have lost another couple of pounds. I weighed in at 186.2 today. My goal was 185 but now am moving it to 180. I have lost 18 pounds since March. I can see visually that I can lose 5 more pounds of fat still. Mostly around my love handle area and lower mid abs. Not a whole lot left but never the less, there is some there. I want to be a lean machine!
