Happy Saturday!! Went out to dinner last night after I weighed in yesterday. Didn’t write it down because it was exactly the same and I’m sure after a couple martinis and crab cakes it went up. I’m not exercising and I’m not sure why.. I need to start cleaning so I’m going to just stay on liquids today because I am going out to dinner again with my girlfriends for a birthday celebration 🍾. More cocktails of course. I am going to be a mess come Monday but I am just going to have to deal with it and make the right choices.

Really there’s no need to starve your self, there are plenty of meals/snacks you can consume that are less than 210 calories

I say 210 cause that’s usually the amount I consume for breakfast

Yea.. I had 140 calorie hippea chips and feel fine.. you are correct
