Yikes! I have slowly rationalized having a little sweet here and there and voila I am in danger of an all out binge! I am going to allow myself one more day tomorrow and then fast it out of my system beginning on Thursday. I’m putting it out there so you can hold me accountable. Happily, my weight is not impacted at this point. I want to keep it that way.
